Our Promise to You
We understand REALTORSⓇ are a dime a dozen. That’s why we want to make sure you know what we promise to do for you as our clients. These are broad promises we make to all of our clients, regardless of the transaction type.
 

We promise to:
  1. Communicate with you: This means we will communicate throughout the process in a timely manner. From talking about what you are looking for in your dream home to contract negotiations, inspections, and questions from the Title Company. We believe communication is vital. 
  2. Be honest with you: We will ultimately do whatever you want as our client, as long as it doesn’t violate any state laws or our REALTORⓇ code of ethics. However, we will also provide all options and scenarios based on our expertise and past experiences. No matter how unpleasant. 
  3. Be flexible: We work around your schedule. If that means showing you properties as a buyer at 7 pm during the week or all weekend long, we can do it. Or as a Seller, maybe it means an extra clean or showing up for an A/C appointment while you’re out of town. Whatever it is, we will work around it!  
  4. Be consultants on your behalf: Negotiations do not always end with an accepted offer. We will fight to get you the best possible deal for the property best suited for you and your family. 
  5. Use our networking connections to help in your transaction: This includes multiple lenders, inspectors, Title Companies, and even handymen or repair companies with fantastic reputations for excellent service and outstanding customer service.  
  6. Use our expertise to guide you to closing: We stay up to date with the industry by continually taking classes/seminars and continuing education courses. This is above and beyond our state requirements. For Buyers, we provide a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) for every property you are interested in with recommendations on ways to offer and negotiate the deal. For Sellers, we provide a CMA to obtain the value of the property. We also give our Sellers different strategies to use based on the specific situation and market area. Our expertise continues throughout the transaction to the closing table. 
  7. Give you peace of mind: We do this by taking care of as many administrative duties as possible. This could include scheduling multiple inspections as needed, handling issues that arise with the Title Company or the lender, and any emails, texts, and calls required to deal with whatever small problems may appear. We do everything in our power to keep you on track all the way to the closing table.
